We work primarily within the higher education community, serving all areas of student life. It is our mission to be a partner with campuses and with higher education organizations to improve college and university communities and the lives of students. We’re an active member of the higher education community, sponsoring numerous conferences and awareness organizations. We are based in Hyderabad (India), but we are truly a national organization. Our speakers and workshops are present in all the states.

How do I book a date?
The first step is to have a conversation with one of our team members. Call us at +91 8008101590. It helps if you know some parameters for an appearance (for example, “We would like a Tuesday or Wednesday in October”). Once we have agreed on a possible date, you check for room availability on your campus, and we check with the speaker or facilitator to be sure the date is available. Once everything is checked out, we send you a simple contract. You have approximately two weeks to sign the contract and return it to us. If you have college or university contracts or riders that you need us to sign, we are happy to work with you. Overall, we try to keep the process simple and straightforward.
Can we get a speaker for online/webinar/training?
Yes, most of our speakers are available for online sessions.
I haven’t heard from the speaker, and he/she will be here in less than a week. Should I call him/her?
Our speakers are instructed to get in contact with you either by phone or email at least two weeks in advance of their visit. If you haven’t heard from the speaker, call us immediately at +91 8008101590 and we will put you in contact with the speaker as soon as possible.
When I book a speaker, do I get them for the whole day or just for one keynote?
It varies from speaker to speaker. Don’t be afraid to ask for more than just one keynote. Some speakers are able to speak all day. Others are best suited to do one primary keynote.

Do we need to make airline or hotel reservations for the speaker?
Typically, no. Our speakers make their own travel and hotel arrangements, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about! If you are able to assist the speaker by securing an inexpensive “college rate” at a nearby hotel, that would be helpful. Our staff will work with you in the weeks prior to the engagement to make sure everyone understands the speaker’s travel plans and any special needs.
